About The Edinburgh Physiotherapy Centre

All of our therapists are trained to very high standards and we place a great deal of emphasis in “hands on” manipulation which often results in faster recovery and fewer repeat visits. Many of our clients have experienced life- changing results because of this treatment. This approach is regularly used on the continent, in Australia and South Africa, and our therapists have been chosen for their exceptional qualifications and high standards of treatment. The Centre treats a wide range of issues and has recently taken on board a wider range of consultants to meet the range of skills which we think are necessary to offer the highest standards of care. Established is 1992 by Practice Principal Kirsten Lord, the Edinburgh Physiotherapy Centre takes a progressive and stimulating approach to physiotherapy and the other services offered. We take a holistic approach to our clients’ issues looking beyond the presented problems and treating the root cause rather than the symptoms. This approach allows us to truly address our clients’ needs and fundamentally offer them the treatment that is best going to suit their requirements. We often recommend a range of solutions and work hard to ensure that our clients receive the best care possible and include advice on preventative care to stop recurrence.
